Large-Scale Abstract Mixed Media Works
My artistic practice revolves around the question of how systems—whether natural, social, or political—come into being, transform, and eventually break apart. From early organic fragments and deconstructed floral motifs to current socially charged compositions, a consistent abstract visual language has emerged.I work with layers, ruptures, and densities to make visible the tensions that shape our time.My painting remains abstract, but not apolitical. It is a resonant space for the fragility of our present.I am influenced by the works and theoretical concepts of Emil Schumacher (1912–1999) and Joan Mitchell (1925–1992). Emil Schumacher pursued his Informel path with unwavering determination, while Joan Mitchell broke new ground as a woman in the field of abstract art. These influences shape my expressive painterly style.My paintings are collected internationally, including in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, California, Portugal, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Japan, Florida, Illinois, Singapore, Virginia, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Greece, New York, Texas, Oregon, Turkey, and Marbella.
